How do you get over rejection because of “bad chemistry”. I felt it went good. What am I missing?

Have any of you tried this? How do you deal?

I know the feeling... often you can tell that you're just on the same wavelength as the interviewer. They'll look for any way to reject you, even if you're qualified. It's beyond your control, so not something to dwell on. I would just move on to the next opportunity, hopefully talking to someone more in sync with you.

Just had this happen. Got an initial Zoom interview for an Insurance company. Was invited for a one on one at their office. Things seemed to be good. Everyone was generally having a good time (as much as interviews can be a good time). Then they wanted me to do an Enneagram test. I do it, and I get an email saying, "Thank you for your interest, but..." Pretty sure pop psychology cost me a really good job!

"Bad chemistry" like "pop psychology" is a pretty vague statement. My thought process is: If they can't give specific notes on what I need to improve on, I'll just move on. Otherwise, I'm ruminating about people who could really care less about me (Been there, done that, DO NOT recommend the T-Shirt).
