Default Procrastinating

I'm trying to get back into focusing on my mental health, Ive been having online sessions. it feels like I've started with enthusiasm but hit a wall. Been putting off reaching out to other resources. Hopefully I can fight through it

Good luck, OafFish! I procrastinate so many things. I don't have any kind of therapy, for quite a while. I consider MSF my therapy. I surely know what enthusiasm feels like, & I miss it so much. My fingers are crossed for you.

For me enthusiasm is something I have some little suspicion for. Too many times I was burned by my pursuit of what I thought I wanted. Now I distrust my wants. I know I need to be healthier and more functional but it's hard to know what that looks like. I'll keep trying. And trying to try.

Hi
I was wondering how many sessions you've had so far? I think it might be somewhat common to hit a wall after a certain number of sessions. Maybe due to trust issues? Or having been burnt before when you were enthusiastic about something. I wish you luck with finding more balance and peace in your life. Keep posting

Not nearly enough sessions, wherever this leads I've only just started, so one of the biggest challenges I'll have would be perseverance
