Hey all!
It's been forever!
I just wanted to check in, but I really need to get to bed now, so I'll continue catching up next time! Hope everyone is hanging in there!

Hello @Yaowen Yeah, I've been on it probably about a year now. It definitely helps with my anxiety most (not to say i never get anxious, but it's more of a normal anxiety). The depression aspect is difficult to tell. I have some difficult circumstances or things that worry or sadden me in my life, so I'm wondering if that is not just the cause of my "depression". Heck! Not just my life, but the world in general is difficult, especially these days! So yeah, not too sure how much it helps or doesn't help with that part of it, but it definitely keeps my anxiety from overtaking my life.
