do you have one?. are you working on one?. are you not that bothered?
the idea of a bucket list is very common around here, and people are always doing it and talking about what they want to do. I tried to do one,, (mainly so I don't get left behind), but all I could come up with is, I want to manually milk a cow- but the issues are A, I don't like milk, and B, I can't just turn up at afarm and expect to milk a cow so I gave up working on one. what about you |

I kind of have a bucket list.
When I was younger I wanted to fly to every state in the US on every type of airliner. I think I got to most of the states but there are still some I missed. I logged a quarter of a million air miles. But I haven't been able to fly on every type of commercial airliner. My new "bucket list" item is to ride on every Amtrak train. So far I have been on the Southwest Chief, the Texas Chief, the National Limited, the Capitol Limited, the Lake Shore Limited, the Broadway Limited and the Surfliner. Still have many trains to go and not sure I'll live long enough to finish that "bucket list" item. I don't like to travel coach so I usually get a bedroom on the train and it is quite expensive for me. To get a bedroom with a bathroom and shower is the most expensive but the nicest way to go and the meals in the dining car are included in the fare. |
