I need money. I need a job. Mentally I'm absolutely distant and shut down so much lately. It's hard to focus on anything. I worry about trying to get a new job and space out or call in because I'm too depressed to leave my house. How do you cope with work and bad depression?

Hey DP_2017.

I think the first step is to obviously bring the depression under control enough to where you're able to hold a job in the first place, and that will involve utilising the resources available to you. After that, it'll be a case of self-care and maintenance of stability. And in terms of going to work, just take each day as it comes. Cross the bridges and daily challenges when you come to them.🙏

it helps to know all the little tricks like doing one task as most fast you can this will enhance your selfworth
