Whenever I get physically tired or my energy level dips, I feel depressed. I can be feeling fine (in a good mood and feeling good about myself). Then the moment I start getting physically tired, I also get depressed. If I get sleepy, my mood takes a nosedive, too. Bedtimes are interesting. I don't know if the lower energy level is causing the lower mood level or if it's my emotional/psychological reaction to the lower physical energy level.

Does anyone else experience this? Feeling good and then feeling horrible simply because your body's energy level dipped during the normal course of the day?

No I don't feel this way, but wish you good luck with finding out of your problem!
