Yes if this therapist takes new clients, it’s a good idea. In general though it might be better to avoid seeing other people’s therapists as it might be conflict of interest type of thing. Is it a close friend?

I talk with the friend in email every day, we chat over Zoom at times as well, I've found a non-free therapy person covering the area I live in, so I'll be contacting the lady before friend's therapist

do you think sending a email to the local one is a good idea?

the main thing that is a scary for me is the fact i cannot remember so much of 2012 and some of 2013, I get scared that black hole will decide to eat more memories as well, then I'll have nothing left in my head

can brain black holes even do that? Like a black hole in space, wandering around munching on planets? Brain black hole going round my head and every now and again deciding it's hungry and eating a memory?

NO. I think that friend's therapist may be...is...a mindbender.
