Today I am part way through:
1) Laundry

And now I need to:

2) Vaccum through
3) Dust bedroom

Actually I should do the dusting first.

I'm back now. I discovered today that accountability is a really good tool for me. Someone asked me what I was going to do today. I had been crying from feeling overwhelmed. I didn't know how to start. But I answered my friend and said I would be doing chores. The next thing I know I'm doing them. And I felt motivated. So now I want to come back to this group here and start it up again.

Today, I did the following:

1. Cleaned the kitchen.
2. Refilled the cats' dispensers.
3. Did self-care

Tomorrow, I want to:

1. Take a shower.
2. Clean litter boxes.
3. Mop my floor (I swept already)

I hope everyone is doing well. I look forward to seeing you again.

Oh, this sounds like a good thread to join

Tomorrow is my day out
1 get up at 7 and go to aqua fitness ( been skipping it)
2 get dressed with jewelry and go to mahjong and lunch

Oh, 1A remember to take my morning pills!!!!

Remembered my meds but didn’t go to aqua fitness. Did go to mahjong, even won one hand.

Tomorrow

1 up in the morning, take meds
2 straightn the clothing chair and put clothes in hamper
3 put up hooks and at least one picture.

I was able to do the following:

1. Clean the litter box.
2. Mop the floor.

But I wasn't able to get a shower. I will try tomorrow:

1. Take a shower.
2. Clean more litter boxes.
3. Open Amazon boxes.

I took my shower finally. I was glad. I sort of forced myself by coloring my hair.

Tomorrow, I will:

1. Take another shower.
2. Mail an SD card.
3. And do pest control.

I did everything on my list but get another shower. It's hard. Today, I will:

1. Take out the trash.
2. Try to wash up.
3. Order groceries and put them away.

Me either. I went to the botanical watercolor class at the library but that’s all I’ve done today. I’ve 5-6 boxes to unpack and a shower to take and dishes that aren’t going to wash themselves. I also need to sweep the kitchen and bathroom, vacuum the main area and pick up my clothes. Soooooo

Tonight I’ll wash dishes
Take a shower

Tomorrow

I’ll unpack 2 boxes
Sweep the bathroom
Pick up clothes

How’s that for a plan? 😃

I have been staying busy with my daily to-do list. I quit my job. So now I have more time to take care of myself, the house and the cats. Today, I will:

1. Open Amazon boxes.
2. Take out the trash.
3. Declutter

I hope everyone is well. Good luck on getting motivated. I know it's difficult. On top of these three tasks, I have to shower today. I have a vet appointment tomorrow.

Hoping everyone is doing okay and your new chapter in life is a better balance for you Deilla

I’m a bit random these days but I have managed to focus on repainting the front gate, it will need a second coat but will need to work around the weather - I’m feeling accomplished and that’s a good feeling.

I love this concept for getting things done. I've been using lists for awhile now. It keeps me from getting distracted, and losing my motivation.

It's wise to go easy on yourself when you can't get everything done that you'd wish to do. So many things are just permanently tedious, mundane tasks --- and they can wait 'til you're better and have more energy.

My to-do list is keeping me busy. I spend a lot of time playing games. It's the only way I can cope. Tomorrow, I hope to:

3. Sleep through the night.

The most important thing for me was to take my shower. I struggle with them. I did get my shower today. I did not sleep through the night. I don't know if I will have time for my class. I need a nap. I have chores to do around the house.

My sister A let me be accountable to her. I've been opening up about my struggles. So she is being really supportive. I have to take this one step further according to her and put my new outfit on. I will try. It just takes so much energy to put jeans on. I normally wear cotton pants. I have weight problems. I should get dressed and then go get a haircut. It will be a boost to my self-esteem.

Tomorrow, I will:

1. Go to the pharmacy.
2. Wash dishes.
3. Refill the cats' water dispenser.

I picked up my meds from the pharmacy and took my cat to the vet. I also cleaned a litter box. I managed all this and a flat tire. Today, I want to shower. That's all I care about. I have been doing affirmations and reading words of encouragement. It's difficult for me to take a shower. I'm trying. I will show myself some compassion and be patient.

I couldn't shower and I couldn't pick up my car today. But tomorrow I plan to do those two things. That's all I can handle plus I just started working for my nephew. So work would be the third item.
