Life's boring because i don't enjoy doing anything. I'm still looking for work. I try and wake up early, make sure i stay clean, go for walks etc so i don't spiral down but i wish i could feel ok. meds and therapy haven't helped and i don't trust them. I feel kinda silly as my life isn't even hard any more.
