I’m so low right now. I tried every antidepressant out there. Done every treatment. I’m currently doing ECT and it’s not helping. I just don’t want to even function anymore. I just feel hopeless. I have a therapist but she won’t help me outside of sessions. I have nobody to talk to, no support. I just want to feel better and nothing works!

Sorry for your pain and loneliness, I understand isolation and most likely many here do too.

If there is a crisis hotline in your area seek it out, possibly it can at least give you someone to talk to and support until you can speak with your therapist. When you do let her know how intense your feeling of apathy is and possibly she can help you find some tools to combat your deep depression.

You say you have no one to talk to, are you without family or friends?
Although it can be a reality (especially for seniors), it is hard to believe that you have nobody in your life.
Maybe if you think hard enough you might realize you do have some one, because waiting for replies on a forum (although may help) probably won't replace the words of a supportive person.

Best wishes in pulling yourself out of that dark place.
