I am so sorry you are in so much pain. As much as it may not seem so there is so much more than you are seeing to life right now. Let me help you through this hard time.

Chal, try changing that wish into what you really, really want, which (I suspect) is to feel better.

I'm sorry ya'll. I let myself get extremely stressed and triggered yesterday through the whole day. Then i brought back memories that i wish to forget. The demons were circling around me. But i was safe. Not suicidal, just wishing to not live this no more.

Thank you all so much for caring about me. I send each and every one of you a nice tight teddy bear hug from me.

chalmette with love

Sounds like you're doing better today? If so, I'm so glad.
