ugh, the thoughts:

you're worthless, you don't deserve eat, you don't deserve to even be there, you'll never live up to anything, you're a failure to everyone & everything, "others" always come before you/ you're always last, no one cares what happens to you, it doesn't matter what 'things' do to you (how they destroy you), nothing matters anymore .................
