Wondering if anyone makes time to cry rather than holding it. Thought of this because I’ve. been so depressed today and people think I’m too much. So I’m going to get in shower and cry
It helps

Sure, i cry if i feel like it. It's not often. I live alone, so i'm free to cry anytime i want. I don't think there's anything wrong with it. It's natural. Sometimes it's even refreshing!
