at the moment i find that if i am on my own im trying really hard to hold back from crying at the moment i am trying hard not to cry i dont no wat is rong wit me but i am frightened dat i will start huring myself again what should i do?

bless your heart, i'm sorta new here and i'm sorry you are in so much pain. I'm sending you hugs. The last time i asked for hugs, it was incredible how many i received. PC really helps. love ya puckyj

don't hold in the tears. As painful as it may seem, crying can actually help you to express yourself, and can relieve some of that burden that you're carrying around.
Go easy on yourself, and when you feel the need to hurt yourself, try doing something else. Distraction is the best method (for me anyways), even if it's only for a brief period of time. The important thing is to interrupt that negative thinking cycle that makes you want to hurt yourself. Try and take care, ok? ![]()

I'd agree with Jacq here... letting your tears out is the hardest/easiest thing to do.

Dont hold back crying. Let it out, sometimes it helps.
