I forget everything too I think its the depression mix with meds you just sort of go dead in the head well I do anyways, now I have a big white board in the kitchen and I make sure I write everything down in it but I still forget things, like getting prescriptions etc, the only things I remember is I must be in the house at four o clock when the kids come home from school ! Nearly forgot them once.

I am glad the after hours doc is going to get you your meds. I would hate to see you have to wait until Monday.

yes i know exactly what you mean, i forget little things like too and it does bother me because it's time consuming, repetitive, and exhausting. i'm on my way to getting a doctor here, not easy, but i know, you just want to scream out "will someone help me focus!" hopefully along the way someone has a solution.good luck

Yeah - I get really forgetfull too when I'm depressed, that and my concentration sucks. Thankfully, it always clears up when I'm out of my depressive episode, so maybe it will for you too.

I don't know how much of my forgetfulness is just old age and how much is my depression.

Happened again yesterday....Drove all the way to the post office to mail a package. Pull in the parking space, turn off the engine and realize the package is still sitting on the dining room table.

Ahhhhh isn't live grand!
