Sorry to those who took offense to my advice before, and it is not the definitive solution by any means. I know I came across a little blunt but that's just who I am really. But I'm sensitive myself so I realise how you mightn't have received it too well. I really do feel for all you depressed people, because I do know what it is like and I'm only giving to you what helped me so much. Cheers.
P.S I forget who asked me, but I now suffer from obsessive compulsive disorder, so I tend to hang around the anxiety forum quite a bit.

That's OK Ozze... it does take a while to "get to know" the personality of someone on a forum like this, much more difficult than in real life because we are only dealing with unformatted text to understand someone.
I reiterate that you are welcome here and also want to repeat that I do agree with your suggestion, I'm just a little protective for the sake of people who might have interpreted it as an "all or nothing" type of criticm. In the long run I hope you find the community here as excellent a source of friendship and support as I do, and many others here.

Hehehehe ok on the apology... I think it was me who asked if you were... ocd or add. Yes, it showed through in your other post! I think now that you think about it, that's why you wrote what you did, and probably why running helped you: you need to be active!
All of us here have shortcomings we get along best when we remember (when we can) each others too; it allows us to measure out the "salt" for the post!
