No wait, I made two beds today, I took a shower and took the dog for a walk. At this rate I'm going to get to make dinner too!

Who said there were no more miracles????

Pepto that's great!
Try and keep it up and remember what you've done today when you're feeling down, will hopefully give you inspiration
take care

Awesome!! You know what? I have been a dyed-in-the-wool non-bed-maker for all of my 39 years. Two weeks ago I started making my bed (mainly because I put my bed right in front of my bedroom door so you can see it from the living room and I didn't like how it looked). As stupid as it sounds, I started thinking of those crumpled as my life! I started making my bed every day, no matter how rushed I am and I always feel better for having done it. It's the little things we celebrate! BTW, what's for dinner?

Sloppy Joe, and it rocked lol

I decided a while ago that my environment was a reflection of what was inside my head. when I got depressed the house when to ****, when I was doing ok then it was cleaner and nicer. With me on a major bummer and not being very motivated and all i been working on the house, cleaning it up and throwing stuff out and making myself doing something to it because maybe it would work the other way too and if I clean up the house, my head will get cleaner in the process. I think its working and from what you said, maybe its not just me!

Thank you!

Sloppy Joes are like my favorite food in the world next to chocolate. In fact, at the reception for my first wedding that's what we had--my mother was INSANE about it...you know, supposed to have traditional ham, etc. Nope, my wedding, my food. Sloppy Joes, mashed potatoes and corn! Hmm, I bet somewhere in the world some corporation is getting a grant for millions of dollars to study whether making your bed makes you feel better!

Pepto, way to go!
You have learned one of the greatest secrets of the universe...making your bed leads to greater things
Seriously, when I am struggling and that is the only thing I can manage to do, I don't discount it. It's movement and it got me out of the bed...

Little things can mean a lot, eh?

"Make The Bed" is a chapter in the book "Creating A Charmed Life" ! LOL
In our lives there are so many things we cannot control, making our bed we do have control of (this could be an important habit to begin and/or continue!)
You can make the bed shortly after you awaken before any calamities have occurred.
A bed is a large piece of furniture by making it can give you a feeling of order,
calmness and accomplishment!

Great Idea Pepto, & Can,
Holmes

Well done Pepto!!

Keep it up! You are doing great! Making beds is always refreshing! I find that dressing up - make up and the whole shebang - is also a great way for a nice boost every now and again
