Well, I went to the physician today. I told her all about my eating (or lack thereof) and about how I have depression a lot lately. She now is giving me ANOTHER med for the depression.
 OMGOOOOSH, I feel like a walking pharmacy! Anyways, I wanted all my friends to know that I am really trying to get the help I need. It just takes times and apparently more medication. BJ

Is that a psych doctor or just a family doctor? I'd suggest seeing a psych doctor if she's not.
Sometimes we do need something extra other than what we're already on.

FB- Thanks...I feel like I am just about ROCKIN today!
TG- it is my physician. Long story short...my P-doc has health issues so he has only seen me once in 4 months. Sooo, I am in the process of getting with a nurse practitioner as I can't rely on the p-doc. My physician is just helping til stuff gets together, ya know. Christina- Thank you. I have a hard time raising a fuss, but I do have an appt with that nurse practitioner on the 24th, so we'll see what happens. BJ
