Hello. You said to keep you updated. So, here I go! Tuesday and everyone finding out about my issue is not far away now. I am currently of school. I got a saddening letter today. My performance in school really has dropped since I started getting depressed. Seems like this disease has just messed up my life. I started writing a diary with all my feelings to see if it helped. I will post in a while to say what happened on tuesday and if the diary is beginning to help.

Thanks for all of your support,
Loads of kiddie hugs,
Michael

Thanks for the update. I'm sorry you got a saddening letter and that your school work has been so effected by your depression.
Know that it doesn't have to last forever, though it may feel that way right now.
It may be a long, tough road, but you seem to be really smart and know some things that may help get you thru this.
I think a diary is a great start. It might help you to see patterns in your thinking or even bring out things you aren't aware are on your mind (if that makes sense).
Good luck and here are some big Update Update Update Update Update for you.

(((((((((((((Michael))))))))))))))) thanks for the update. Hope using a diary helps... sometimes it does. Sorry your performance is suffering at school, but thats sadly pretty common when it comes to being depressed.
