It depends... do you have any hobbies, or have anyone to talk to? Are you seeing a therapist, or are you on meds? It depends on the person really.

What are your priorities? What do you like to do? What makes you feel good?

I think the important thing right now is to find someone who you can talk to. I hear the hopelessness in your posts and it breaks my heart. But I do know that when you're that low, you cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel...and you feel like the world has walked out on you...but it hasn't...it's still there.

If you need someone to talk to feel free to PM me.

you could ake little notes to yourself to look for high points... it sorta gives you perission... put them about in places that you are in often... the kitchen, the car, on the desk at work...

there's something about reading those little permission slips over and over.... hope you will find yourself doing it without thinking...

Chris, I've looked around at your posts. It seems like you are searching for something. The best thing I found here is people who genuinely care. You can talk about anything. There is likely someone who has been there. At the least, you can feel heard.

You want to talk about it? What's your life like?
