And now I do feel better.

I just wrote out my entire story of depression on my blog here on PC. Ended up being several pages long. I don't expect anyone to read it, I just wanted to say - sometimes it does help just to talk about your stories, let them out, just say what's been bottled up inside forever.

I am actually feeling a lot better this week. I want you all to know that there are good days in with the bad.

Hope you all have a good day soon. Hang in there.

i read your blog.. its hard to believe your 27.. you have been threw so much.. im glad it helped you to write it down.. Im having a few bad days..well all my days are bad but then i have what i call my really bad days.. I do feel a little better after reading your blog.. youve went threw alot of things i did when i was younger and it helps to know im not alone. but you are alot braver than i ever was.. you tried to get help.. i just never connected my feelings with a illness and it ruined my life.. the best thing that happened to me was getting pregnate at 15, i now have a wonderful daughter melinda who keeps me alive.. she is the one who said mom you may be sick i think you need to go to the doctors.. shes 23 now and a college grad.. I went to the doctors.. been going for about 7 years and knowing now because of my wonderful abused childhood ive got a bunch of problems.. and im not better for it.. in fact im slowly getting worst.. im up to 360 pounds and still reaching out for the one person who can tell me what is truly wrong with me.. ive yet to find that person. but thanks to your sharing i know im not alone.. they is no cry that can be heard unless you truly hear your crys yourself and sometimes you hear them from someone elese tears.. thank you

Awesome you got it out on paper! I love journalling for that reason... sort of an emotional release. I let it all out

Have a great day. I let it all out
