It feels like everything I do during the day is such an enormous effort. I set my alarm in the morning for 5:40, but I get out of bed at 6:20 because I always feel too tired to move, even when I do get some sleep. Even walking to each of my classes at school seems like it's too much to handle. I always want to sit down, lay down, just stop doing something because it takes too much effort. Sleeping is even proving difficult. I am so glad that school is almost over because it has stressed me out like no other. At least during the summer I can get a couple weeks of rest.

Yikes! 5:40 AM?! Crazy... I couldn't do that, I applaud you for even getting out of bed at 6:20.

Hmmm, if you're tired all the time (and this isn't a diagnosis or anything), but have you been tested for anaemia? If you're tired or groggy, it could be low iron. It doesn't help if you're depressed and stressed on top if it either! every day...

every day...

Being sleepy/drowsy all the time is a symtom of depression according to my depression group therapist, I had today. Just do the best you can and good luck in school.

Yes, b's are good for energy. go to the health food store where the choices for energizing b complexes are fresh and right there. there is a bcomplex called 'energizer' that I realied on after my last hospitalization for illness that depleted me really bad, and it helped. i tell everyone about it because it's natural, no side effects, and it helps us recover our adrenal functions.

green tea, good too.
(at night, chamomile. or mint. or any

yogi teas has a variety of healthy combo teas, and each one is great.
they have energy teas too.

peace,
nightbird
