I am sorry you feel you are wearing a kick me sign
I do know how that feels
sometimes its a misunderstanding
ppl are trying to work out with you
and it feels like a kick

I do know that feeling

defenses go up ((if someone has a concern and is trying ot talk with you IRL it may mean they cared.....cared enough to talk.....
letting defenses down and talking about it does help

As i have found in life ppl need to talk
does not mean they are kicking you
means they may have kicked themselfs

talking with care and understanding and love usally helps
everyone needs to know they are worth it
including you
You matter much
I hope this made sense

aw, sorry everyone... the path got a little rocky for a moment.... im ok now, ty

i guess i try so hard to find a quiet peaceful place f my own (mornings especially) and i kinda wake up into the day (thank heaven i have time) and allow my senses to reawaken for a time.... i dont always listen to music or t.v. or anything.. its a really peaceful quiet time i need to remind myself about yesterday, and to think about today....

ive grown really attached to this time i give myself.. its essential for me to process past feelings and merge them with current ones... i love being peaceful

but every now and then, something different happens and i need to curl up in a private place somewhere and wait for the storm t pass... it does in time..

thanks for caring ...
