I feel so lifeless
there are reational explanations such as I haven't slept much lately and my meds recently got switched to Depakote (sp)
but how do I get out of this
I feel so heavey any type of stimulation--even going to the bathroom annoys and irritates me
blah

Hey Moonlight,
your bathroom humour certainly paints the flatness of your feelings!!

The changing medication and sleep deprivation is as you say the likely culprit, but how to overcome? I know from reading your advice to others you know the stuff. It's hard. Hard to do any bloody thing when your body goes on leave and your mind doesn't seem inclined to veto.

Maybe just a little fresh air first, go out to your namesake and check out some stars. A bit of hydratherapy, that is a long hot shower with the water on your back, clean your teeth, wash your hair and change the sheets on your bed too!! Not pampering just refreshing.

Some fruit, some water, a book if you can manage.

Set the alarm early and dddrrraaaaaag yourself out of bed for breakfast. Get some sunshine, eat a few Brazil nuts. Well apparently they are high in selenium!

A change is as good as a holiday!!

Good luck, it's ssoohh harrrd to get it happening sometimes. I'm sure as your medication balances out you will manage easier, in the meantime, sending you good vibrations.

Regards Frances
Trying to eat right sleep right and play hard, mostly underweight and lathargic though sleeping better lately!!
