hope is the way... accept help where offered... give yourself time... be considerate of your own needs... listen to others and care as much as you are able... others are often ready and willing to help... at times you may feel alone but that is deceiving... its hard to ask for help at times and PC is a wonderful tool for all of us to share, learn, and grow.... many here have had pasts of abuse, neglect, depression and a wide variety of symptoms... we gather here to console and listen and offer guidance from our own experiences... you can help in your way if you'd like and as a community we appreciate others good ideas... it keeps us all sustained and growing.. thats why we all are here... welcome to PC!
