|
I turned 30 over the weekend. No one called, wrote, or anything else. I was devastated. I cried (I haven't cried in years). I don't know if I've ever felt less valued. I am completely alone in this world. Depression and anxiety rule my life. They are my only companions. How did things come to this? I've tried to be a good person. I've tried to get better, meds therapy and the like. I am a monster.

I'm sorry that no one called/wrote to you on your 30th birthday. That doesn't change the fact that you are a beautiful human being who is doing the best you can with the resources you have to be the best you can be. You r deeply appreciated!
