Sometimes when at work I get very depressed, I am here alone with no one to talk to, and you people tell me I have to post at least 6 messages in the forums before I can chat, how about this...I'll just keep holding everything in until I explode, and I CAN feel an explosion coming. Thanks

No explosing please, you can keep posting here and soon can chat. Work is a hard place to be, it can make you depressed and with no one around who understands you, but try to listen to some music or just take a short walk outside.

Sorry for that, think of a good song and play it in your head, maybe that could help.

on one hand i can understand the 6-post wait before going into a chatroom..... helps keep the 'trouble makers' out....... but, on the other hand...... 6 posts, and not even knowing too many people and having to wait to talk when you have the courage to talk now, or the over powering need to talk...... *sigh*- guess that's why they're these forums..... some level-headed thinking with out the rushing urge of instant chat...... does that makes sense??

there are a lot of spammers who would otherwise enter our chatrooms, inmyopinion.
if have been approached in PMs once by an obvious spammer who since disappeared which is the sign of good management here.
our chat rooms should be a safe place to talk about our confidential problems. If you have a better idea how to screen users than their posts, let's hear it.
i am not sure this is a depression issue. maybe it's an admin issue so the thread can be moved somewhere else.
I understand your pain and suffering. depression is tough. i was there. I care about your problems Soveh. please hang on a few more days and talk about them until you feel lifted. you are not alone.

Makes sense in many ways....but I just needed input that night, I almost walked off my job that night; and I can't afford to do that, I support my husband, he can't work due to psychosis caused by sniffing gas when he was 8 y/o. He was able to work until a years ago, now he can not, the Federal Gov't will not let him.

I agree, I too have be approached. The chat rooms are good, but we need to feel safe there. Management does a great job in that capacity.

PC is a great place for information and support, just keep reaching out and posting.

Hugs,
Angel
