Hi there I am new I wrote music and programme. I have ADHD diagnosed 6 months ago I am 33.
Depression anxiety OCD addictive personality has been a nightmare but got me record running times and a drive unlike anything else to succeed in music. I have had luck with the ADHD medications and people can tell when I am not taking them. Glad you are having success with them
