I got a letter from a new lawyer and they say they will not help me because my records are saying the car accident was a suicide attempt. That is pissing me off! The records are wrong, I was a victim and I'm getting screwed! I'm not giving up, but what can I do now?

Don't give up, lawyers suck most of the time, but there is one out there that will fight for you. If needed, if you are seeing a counselor, get a letter from them, saying that you were not suicidal, and that the accident wasn't do to that.

I was in an accident once which wasn't my fault, but I would have lost if it wasn't for the fact the person who hit me, kept changing his story.

Good luck, and keep fighting.

I think I'd find a new lawyer, there's a lot of good ones out there willing to fight for you.

I wrote letters (ready to mail) to the hospitals and the ambulance service telling them the truth of what happened and requesting a letter stating the information in the records is incorrect. But my feeling is I will be told nothing can be changed or what they wrote down is true. Even though all the evidence is saying it was an accident of the other driver. This is just really making me made!

get a police report of the accident.

write a letter to the insurance co.

also, tell your local politician that you are a constituent, and would like your congressman to look into this - seems a new low is going down in order to not pay claims.

try this. it may work in your favor and the wrong can be made right by going to the top.

mental illness exploitation by an insurance co. is a disgrace, let your local political offices know what has gone down in your claim, and that you must expose this because it is a wrong determination do to your 'private' medical history.

a suggestion from a little activist!
pm if you want more help in this direction.

peace,
night
