Some people do find the answer and can deal with depression, but there are many more that can't and shouldn't be made to feel less of themselves, and told to get over it. Depression is different for everyone and we all need to find help and ways to heal, and no one should just brush it off and ignore us.

There are definitely different answers for all sorts of different types of depression.

I'm glad I found this site to meet like-minded people
