Its been 9 days since I started on 10mg tabs, 1 per day.
The last 2 days, I am constantly yawning. Get up, yawning, go out yawning ,walk to bank 2 miles, yawning, walk back , yawning. go to sleep yawning, wake up yawning. You get the idea..... I just need to know if anyone else experienced such issues. EDIT lol I decided to search on google " citalopram yawning" that did the trick......... (doh!!!!!) I have always been the type of person who has long sessions of yawning after waking up, but not normally constant for 12 hours. I am not tired mentally or physically at the moment, well not any different from normal-for-me. I have done a lot of research on yawning recently. I found this article today. Maybe its on this site already. However, I am sure someone will benefit from reading it. Brain cooling via nasal breathing and hypothalamus overheating. http://www.baillement.com/dossier/cooling-gallup.html Summary. Basically the article is about research to date showing that when the hypothalamus gets too warm, it needs to force cooling. Mouth breathers don't cool the brain as well as nose breathers. Have fun reading this article. Its very long, but it is concise. |
