Bang it against the wall-- just kidding. What do you think the pressure is coming from? Could lie down in a dark room and maybe put a cool cloth on your head? Listen to some relaxing music while doing this?

I think an emergency room visit is in order.

A neurologist can ck you there.

Best to your health and well-being,

Let's not scare anyone.. head pressure can be caused by sinus problems, headache, stress, etc... it wasn't exactly specified as to what the poster is feeling... is there pain along with the pressure?

A couple of question for you:

Have you ever had headaches before?
Do you have allergies?
Have you had your blood pressure checked?

Pressure could be an allergy, or just the beginning of a cold, but if you doesn't go away soon, see your own doctor and he/she can give you somethink for it. If you're under stress or upset about anything, that can cause some of the headache as well.

Take care
