It sounds like you have some ideas about this already. What do you think those symptoms might be? Have you researched depression here or on other websites?

Are you seeing a doctor and/or therapist?

I hope you can say more

I guess I am not sure what you mean by losing control. Those symptoms you mention are symptoms of distress but a person is still in control even when having these symptoms.

Can you say more about what 'losing control' means to you and the fears you have about that?

Crying all the time, losing interest in absolutely everything, having lots of panick attacks, having an 'I don't care attitude' about everything. Wanting to stay in bed and just do NOTHING! Not wanting to speak to ANYONE even your 'T'! Just plain losing interest in everyday matters!

These are just a few to mention! Of course with depression you can feel this way anyways, but when it stays with you for days, then you'd better call your 'T' or Pdoc!

Take care!

Good thing you said that there sentence, 'cause I myself can't seem to find pleasure on any activities, I couldn't care less if my whole city got obliterated along with everyone inside including my family, and I've had consecutive panic attacks... But I don't think I'm losing control.

In all honesty, it is probably different for everyone. Like, you mentioned a few ways where you feel like you are losing control, but that might just be you. Some people get angry, others do things they normally wouldn't do, and vise versa.
