what do you try when you've tried everything and don't care anymore and just want it to end?

You grab our hands and let those of who are stronger right now tread the water and you just float. Do something positive for yourself, no matter how small. Remember you will get through it, it will just take time.

Things seem like they're never going to get better when you get so far down, but trust me, they eventually do. I know you won't believe it, because you don't realize it until you're back up again, but just hear it and maybe take a glimmer of hope for it, because that's the most important thing to have. Hang in there, keep talking to us (because we're here!), and hope things pick up for you soon.

It is possible to end your life without dying. Just end how you are living this life. Start small. Do something you've never done before. There is something meaningful for you in this world, you just have to find it, reaching out to a stranger is a good start. It means you have hope. Otherwise, why would you bother writing here. I hope you carry the hope of several strangers with you today. I have just lit a candle for you.
