Hey Supermansgirlfriend;
I feel your pain, both emotionally and physically and telling people how you feel is almost imposible, but try writing it down and giving it to a person you want to talk to or your counselor, writing it is so much easier than saying it.

Keep your chin up, things will get better and brighter for you, and know you are not alone.

I want it to stop too.

Can we breathe?

Can we find our thoughts going to a nice place, a special place, a favorite spot perhaps, somewhere where there is only good memories or over a rainbow where there is a pot of gold?

Sometimes, it helps to just change what is on our mind for a little while.

We can get back to the problem or situation after, but a break from it will help lessen the intensity or perhaps the severity of it.

I do this, that is why I am sharing it with you.

Also, please talk to someone about this.
Problems that are shared with someone trustworthy, are lessened somehow, you know?

We don't feel so all alone then. We feel supported.

You are being supported right now, even though I don't know what it is, I know it is important to you, and you are important in yourself.

I am holding positive thoughts for your situation, and hope you will let us know how this is progressing.

Feel better and be well, Dear Person, and know you are cared about.

Peace and comfort,
night

thank you downinatick if I wrote it down I don't think I'd ever give it to anyone... not my councilor, not my boyfriend... right now I'm wanting to tell you guys 'cause that would be the less complicated option... but I'm still struggling in doing that. Thank you for your kind words

thank you fuzzy

thank you night Thank you for the distraction, I let myself dream for a while and it helped a little. I will, in time, talk about what's bothering me. I think the main reason I don't want to talk about it is because I'm worried about the consequences. I know that 'a problem shared is a problem halved' and maybe I will feel better once I've told someone, but I'm still unsure. I just feel I need to tell someone. Like you said, the problem feels lessened a little, or the weight seems to be taken off. I don't know... it just hurts.

Molly

The others are right, you are not alone and we all will help you, not judge you and just be with you to help get through. It's nice if you can let your mind go someplace peaceful for a while, to feel safe and calm. You sound like you're getting stronger, and that is good!

Just take you time and post when you're ready and need too, and if you want to PM me I will be here for you. I have problems as well telling people what I'm feeling and I have major trust issues, but I am always willing to help you when you're ready. Things will get better in time, just try to think possitive and stomp out the negatives.

Hugs
Cindy
