Hi Everyone

Last night I had a bad night...

I was so stressed out and sad that I took an extra sedative and 2 sleeping pills. In the morning, I vomitted up bile.

I think what set me off was recieving my class schedule for next semester in the mail yesterday. I have about 5 classes and 3 days that are 8am classes. And some days that don't end till 5pm.

I don't know what to do ... I feel so lost and alone. The stress is causing me to act out and take more medication than prescribed.

I need some help on how to better manage stress and anxiety. It's only the second week of classes and already I hate going to the college!

I feel like I'm dying inside.

Whoa! Whats this popping sedatives and sleeping pills?!? Vomiting bile in the morning is a sign that you went toxic..............Next time will you wake up? Step back a minute. Abusing meds will only make you feel worse.
If you hate college that much reasess. The next semester isn't till next semester. Try taking one day at a time, it works for me. You might find if you just look at today, just today, things are not as bad as you feel. Look out the window, at the people passing by....This is life, it's the same for all of us. We're all in the same boat......Inside looking out..............Reasess, stay off them pills, your vision will clear, and you may see the sun....

Zen;
Please don't take all those pills, they will not help you they will only hurt you and make things worse. As one post states take it one day at a time, if you think of everything all at once, it seems worse than it really will be, so take one day one step at a time and things will get better. Are you going to a therapist? If not, you may want to concider that, and they can give you something to help with your aniety and stress and give you some ideas to help you through the attacks.

As far as college, it just started the first few weeks can be very stressful, but things will get better, and talk to your counselor to change some of your courses if that will help.

I wish you peace, joy and a stress free days a college.

Hugs
