Please don't give up--trust me, I know how hard it is. There is some wonderful help here, but if you are feeling this bad, you should talk to someone irl.

Giving up is never the best option.

Keeping on going is tough, but always worth it.

Will you hate yourself more if you give up, or if you keep going?

sometimes when i say things like, i hate myself or what's the use, i am really hoping someone will tell me what's the use and someone will tell me i am worth more than hate.

i think you need to hear that others think you are valuable and u need to hear us say, don't throw your life away because things are going to get better - u just have to hang on longer.

i do think you are valuable. i don't want you to give up because things really will get better. i think you hate the pain and anger in your life, not really yourself.

there is bound to be a way for things to get better, please hang on and don't give up. the pain really is temporary, it won't last forever. i know cos i've been there and it always gets better. over time it has gotten better and better and the bad times seldom get as bad as they were at the start of seeking help. DON'T GIVE UP; YOU ARE WORTH IT.
