*Gives you a cookie* You sound like you could use a cookie ^_^"

Seriously though, even if life's seeming rather impossible right now, you need to keep your head up and your best foot forward. Even if it feels like there's nobody you can go to, you've got all of us right here, ready to listen and help where we can. Turquoisesea is right, you should try to get yourself to a counselor. I'm not saying they're going to make you feel better right away, because that can and likely will take some time. What they CAN do for you though is get you started on the right track, in addition to getting you leeway with homework assignments and exams and stuff like that.

No matter what, keep your health as your top priority. If you've got a major assignment due tomorrow, and you're feeling horrible... the assignment then becomes making yourself feel better. There are lots of things you could try. Try watching your favorite movie (or a brand new one!), reading a book, reading the comics in the newspaper (or online), having a treat, playing a game, watching TV... whatever gets you relaxed in a healthy way. Personally, cartoons are my safe haven. If I'm feeling down, all I have to do is watch a classic episode of Bugs Bunny or something like that and I'm at least feeling content, if not right as rain =D

Just remember, we're here for you, and want to help in any way we can ^_^

Don't be afraid to PM me if you have any questions or just want to talk
