lost lost lost
kinda nowhere right now 0.0 not really really sad, just... can't focus/concentrate can't get the small amount of work done don't see enough friends in a day lonely and tired of failing at least I'm not wanting the worst for myself anymore ![]() |

Can you call a friend to help the lonliness? Or take a brisk walk in the fresh air - it might help you feel better and be able to concentrate. I'm glad you're not wanting the worst anymore... hang in there, ![]() ![]() ktgirl |

You are not a failure, as long as you try you are a winner, give yourself credit for everything you do in a day no matter how small it is. The feeling of being alone is hard, you can be with 100's of people and still feel alone, just do your best to remember you have many people who are there for you and cheer you on to make it through each step of the day.

I had a friend over last night. We made amazing cupcakes - I had one too many but they WERE good.
This morning though had wierd stuff going on - back to older symptoms, maybe I didn't take my meds early enough? ![]() I dunno And yesterday had to register for classes - so much stuff i have to make up I pushed my boyfriend away again today ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() meh just want things to get better |

Just frustrate is all, thanks everyone for their replies for far though
Just frustrated ![]() therapy sometimes seems like it doesnt help as much as it should... I know it does, to some degree, I know it will be better once I get to a better therapist (relying on school one) but ARGGGGGG just behind now cuz of the things I had to keep myself "safe" the past few months ![]() |
