Im not sure how to even start....depressed feeling like i cant get my head out of the water- im drowning and gasping for air- backed into a corner of guilt, depression, anger, SI, hopeless,worthless,numb,feeling to much, hurting too bad- no friends,no family,no one. Just hurt! Scared, threatened, tears welling up inside just waiting for the right moment to let go, feeling like i dont belong anywhere and feeling like whats the reason for me being alive, maybe there is reasons but today im not seeing those reasons. no responses needed just telling you how im feeling.

Can I assure you that you are not alone with all those feelings? I too feel the pain you describe. I know it feels like you are the only one with so many bad feelings, but we have that in common too. Hang on, let's hope it gets better in a little while.
