Hi group, Have you ever noticed that early in the morning it is the darkest before dawn. Depression is like that; it seems you get a little depressed, then a little more and it keeps piling on untill you are totally and utterly depressed, then itwill get a little better then a little better. Dawn breaks and you feel a touch better, by mid-morning you can handle it. So on the days that you hit rock bottom, remeber dawn is coming soon. Take care,
