I assure you that there is an up. There is something that will bring you up from where you are. I have found it several times throughout my life. And I have lost it just as many times, but it is out there. Take care.

Lost is right. there are good times and bad. the problem with me, i guess is that i tend to accentuate the negative. I need to be more positive.

it does get better. You need to recruit support wherever you can. You have us here. It DOES get better. Unfortunately what we tend to forget is that everybody has ups and downs. We just have a hard time accepting these downs. I know I do. a LOT.....

But with being here, seeing a good T, and for me the right meds, there tends to be better days. It gets better. Have patience. It takes time.

In the meantime, feel free to pm me if you need somebody to talk one on one, and I will listen. We are all here for you.

Take Care,

Colleen

Every time I lose sight of the light I whack myself later because I find it for an hour or two - it's there

hope you find it again soon
