I believe at this time what is taking place in the world we live in has an influence on many of us regarding our emotional and mental make ups. Knowing full well that many deal with all kinds of make ups from the dealings of life in general, but as the world moves at present still posses challenging trials, imagined and realistically true. One of my triggers was a operation that involved rods being inserted like a cage all along my spine in order for me to stand and walk, the operation took place about a yr ago and since that time I have had to deal with alot of depression and anxieties. Can report that the intensity of it has dropped some but there is still residue that I know still lingers to this day. It is my hope when I can get on to find others suggestions how they deal with their own disabling make ups whatever they may be. I know meds do help but I don't want to resolve my issues with them if I don't have to. Pain is something I am presently dealing with from day to day, and I do take them, but I am coming to the end of my prescriptions and know I have to make a decision of whether I will take them if I can get the prescriptions and if not how to cope without anything. This is just a brief explanation of my personal issue. I am not always at liberty to be online due to a dial-up connection that blocks our phone, so those who do want to interact with me or my posts please have patience as I am very interested in communicating with all who do likewise. I will end for now, but will continue as I can get online. For now Merry Christmas and a Happy New Years,

Drilla

welcome to pc!gosh it sounds like your medical situation this year has been quite extensive. have you ever considered talking with a therapist about dealing with your physical pain, coping, etc? i know for me having feedback from a therapist helped me immensely. it was like it speeded up the process of my getting better. just a thought for you to consider. thank you for sharing with us about yourself. look forward to chatting again. keep us posted on how you are.
