Hi folks,

I've been thinking about the hard times, and I can remember that no matter how yuchy the depression and anxiety was, there was usually a time of day that wasn't so bad. For me, it was early afternoon that felt a little easier.

On a positive note, I'm wondering how it is for each of us.

What is the best time of day for you, and what do you do with that better time?

Cheers, Myzen Best time of day

Evening has always been a good time... that is when my brain is most active.... from about 7pm until 10 or so.

Probably about 12-1. It's when I feel the most affected by meds and am doing what I love......EATING

for me it's between 2am and 5am, when the world is quiet, and most human type creatures are dormant.

Late morning to late afternoon. I feel fully functional then. Left to my own devices, I rarely leave the house before 2 p.m. That when my active biorhythm kicks in.

I usually feel best after 9pm or so until I go to sleep. Something about the nighttime has just always made me feel like a person.

Hi folks,

Thanks for the responses. It looks like we have different better times, but at least we do have some better times.

It looks like the illness affects our natural biorhythms, but that we do still have rhythms.

I forgot to ask whether the rhythm stays much the same for us, or whether it changes around a lot. My feeling is that I'd rather have some stability than a lot of changes all the time.

Cheers, Myzen Best time of day

Myzen,
I feel like it definately depends on my mood sometimes. There are times when my whole day feels like a good day and then I get really tired and sad at night...most of the time though nighttime is my time.
