i think this month has took its toll on me, come to today and as of this evening i think i could just sit here and have a good cry about nothing at all, things are making me grrrrrrr things i cant do nothing about,

other things are just the norm and sometimes they seem to be to much at once, i would love it to be a nice crisp evening so i could go and sit in the garden and enjoy the twinkling stars, but no its been raining again,
i keep telling myself and everyone who will listen springs is on its way, but who am i kidding we got to get through febuary first

listing to the daughter moan about this and that i heard her say she does stuff for everyone else i said snap,

from running around after her son hubby, and the general running of the home, i dont do much for myself , i am now caught in a postion of taking someone shopping once a week, no thank you today very rairly a other of petrol money, the only good thig is i get to see a lovely 5mth old baby girl,
decided i got to stop helping ppl that wont help them selves, i have to drive to her place then on to supermarket, i used to catch a bus with kids

grrr again another is i saw a young mum i know (coz shes related to me) driving a car (smart car) i belive this young mum hasnt passsed her test yet so thats no insurance and to top it all baby was on passenger seat, im sure they have on those baby seats dont put baby seats on seats that have air bags grrrrrrrrrr

thank you all for letting me grrrrrrr that out of my system

Glad you could moan here, I have been feeling like that too. Maybe it's all this flippin' rain we are having. Trouble is when you are kind hearted and help people we can get taken for granted.

sometimes i do so much for others i forget to do for me. is this what's possibly going on with you too? it's important for us to nurture ourselves first or the well will run dry.
maybe make a new friend or go for an ice cream...sumthin' you'd like to do for yourself. hope u feel better soon. i don't mind reading your grrr-s to get it out of your system. the overcast weather can affect some of us too. light deprivation can cause depression. i know cause i have it. u can pm if u like. i hope the rest of your day is devoted to just you.

(((((((((((((((katheryn)))))))))))))) I'm sorry you are feeling down, and run down, and run over. The ability to say no is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves, but there has always seemed to be a stigma attached to it, not supposed to say it. I hope you are able to relax and the blahs go away!

(((Kathy)))))))))))))))))))) im sorry things are so hard right now. Its a hard time of year. You know spring is right around the corner but so hard to see at times.
Also doing for others all the time and not taking time for you can really burn you out. Remember you matter also. If they are over whelming you
the answer to them has to be no. Sometimes thats all you can do.
Take that time go to the beach. Enjoy it....you deserve it...
Everyone needs time to themselfs....
Do remember spring is coming ....I promise awwwwwwwww
