not sure what to say -just waiting to get some new meds i cant take this pain nothing is helping im physically emotionally mentally tired and nothing i do seems to help and the things i do i seem to **** up - bottom line is im useless and just waiting for the holidays to be done so i can get my appt and get my meds - i just want it all to go away

Well, you said a lot there actually. Maybe a change in meds will help, hang on to that. If it's any consolation many of us feel like crap at this time.
