I can dream day or night, i can hope, but i still cant see the light of day. the pain isnt worth a thought, i cant seem to get through is. i'm getting worse.. it's harder everyday. i try, i try to paint the smile but it only lasts so long until i have to go back to the darkness in my room. no music no sound this time. i try to find peace but it isnt there. thats when i realize i need help. it may be too late for anyting but at least i can say i tried... i tried to find help but everyone i go to just bails out, so now i'm starting to think.. is it worth looking for the help i know i wont get?

no one will probably understand this. it is kinda complicated, but i'm sorry if i wasted your time.
i know i'm very bad at spelling..

You are worth the trouble, things can get better, to me it sounds like you need some professional help. Trust me therapy is worth the trouble, it has really helped me.

BeeGarlow,
hello and welcome!

you didn't waste our time--most of us have been where you are and understand your feelings.

yes, it's worth looking for help, BeeGarlow.
you may have to rethink how/where to get that help if you haven't been able to yet, but there is help available.
do you mind sharing what you've tried so far? it would give us an idea of what we can tell you that we did to find help...

You are not alone
We care

welcome to pc!! i'm so glad you found us. it is my desire to offer you hope. many of us have experienced similar feelings as yours. and to answer your question it is worth it to find the help you need. Yes!!!
what avenues have you pursued thus far for your depression? that will help us to help you.
my life is so full of joy now and at one time during my depression i had lost all hope only for the help i found to be the beginning of the answer.
let us know what you have already tried, k?

Please let us know how you are doing...

Sometimes we have take a deep breath and look for different counselor to help us. It took me a few times before I found one that I trusted...and it took a few sessions before I knew I could trust him.
I'm glad I gave it another chance because I learned so much from him...

I'm sorry you are feeling so badly right now. Don't give up hope...good things will happen, it takes time though.
Peace and Power to you,
Cap

beegarlow, I'm not in a very good place myself today, but I can tell you it is worth the effort. You are worth the effort. Let us know how you are doing.
