i'm back home finalllyy but idk just lots of things are going through my mind right now, like i started to help myself finally ad have worked hard for a week and i keep getting thoughts to just go to the drugs or si. i feel the need to do it because i havent in so long. ughh just frustrated and stuck when i should feel like i have a grip on things. but no no no..ugh
