I know it's difficult to trust when you have been hurt in the past but you have to believe that their are people out there that you can trust.

Trust leaves the door open for people to help you and love you the most, but also to hurt you the most.

If you don't trust, you can't get as close, can't be as loved.

If you do trust, you can be severely hurt.

The best to do is to trust different people with different things, and try to find people who won't harm you.
Trust isn't easy. I have issues with it. I know what you mean.
But trust is also the road to deep emotional connections with others, which we all need.
