Hi Hayley, welcome to PC!

You really need to find someone to talk to - whether that is a friend, a religious elder, a mentor/teacher or you can talk to your doctor or a therapist (counsellor).

Hang in there!!! I agree, you need to find someone to talk to, a pro a therapist. I think it would be very helpful in finding out why you are in such a negative spiral and how to get you out of it!!
But, you can also talk to us here--in the forums, online chats, and you can private message people too.
You can send me a PM anytime. You can vent or share or whatever.

hi hayley and wecome to pci'm sorry you are feeling so down on yourself. do you have a school counselor you can talk with? it's good you are talking about this..if we keep the stuff that is bothering us stuffed, it has no where to go and makes us even more depressed.
perhaps the reason you hate yourself is you haven't learned how to love yourself.
can you tell us what things you do like about yourself?..even if you don't think they are important enough to count.
who is out to get you? can you be specific?

I'm sorry you are feeling this way. I agree with the other posters that you should find a therapist to talk to. This is also a good site for when you need to talk to someone, I've only been here for a very short time and have already found it helpful. Hang in there we're here for you!
